Our MITTI Foundation is a vibrant, community-driven NGO founded by Chandan Kumar and Pramd Kumar Suman, built on the belief that meaningful change stems from education, entrepreneurship, and cultural pride. Powered by a passionate team from diverse backgrounds, we work together with a shared purpose—to uplift communities and nurture sustainable growth.

Our education vertical features our flagship initiative, Adopt a School, through which we transform learning environments and create opportunities for young minds to flourish. In the entrepreneurial space, our School of Entrepreneurs equips aspiring changemakers with the skills, mentorship, and mindset needed to build resilient futures. Through MITTI ke Darohar, our cultural program, we celebrate, preserve, and promote the rich heritage that connects and inspires us all.

Pramod Kumar Suman

Chairman

Awarded the UNDP Prize (2006) for Special Reporting on Social Issues – Illegal Trafficking of Tribal Girls, he also served as Media Advisor to the former Minister of State for HRD (School Education & Literacy). In 2011, he received the prestigious IVLP Fellowship from the U.S. Department of State.

Chandan Kumar

Founder & President

A seasoned professional, entrepreneur, author and a visionary committed to bring Social Change via installing entrepreneurship mindset among students and unemployed people from socially and financially weaker section of society.

Sangita Bhagat

VP & Head CSR

With nearly two decades of experience across aviation, entrepreneurship, and the corporate sector, she brings deep insight and strategic leadership to her role as VP and CSR Head. She drives impactful, community-focused initiatives with a strong commitment to sustainable growth.

General Secretary

Driven by a genuine passion for society and backed by meaningful social work experience, he serves as General Secretary with integrity and dedication. His efforts help create positive change at every level.

Lokesh Maheshwari

Project Head - School of Entrepreneurs (SoE)

With a rich background in corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, he drives key programs at the School of Entrepreneurs (SoE). His experience empowers students to build meaningful and sustainable projects.

Rameshwar Prasad

Treasurer

Backed by more than four decades in the banking sector and senior roles in multiple institutions, he serves as Treasurer with exceptional integrity and precision. His expertise strengthens the organisation’s financial systems and accountability.

Dr. Amrita Dutta

Cultural Head

A distinguished music teacher and accomplished Hindustani and semi-classical vocalist, she brings deep artistic expertise to her role as Cultural Head. With an MPhil and PhD in Music and recognition as an A-grade All India Radio artist, she inspires cultural excellence across the organisation.

Project Head

A seasoned marketing professional in the media and advertising industry, he brings creative strategy and strong execution skills to his role as Project Head. His expertise drives impactful projects and innovative outreach.
